Adding an Arabic chatbot to your website
In the Gulf, many website visitors switch between Arabic and English, sometimes in the same conversation. A modern AI chatbot can follow them: it replies in whichever language the visitor writes in, without you building two separate bots.
How the language switching works
You describe your business once, in English or Arabic. When a visitor writes in Arabic, the chatbot answers in Arabic. If they switch to English, it switches too. The same goes for Hindi, Urdu-speaking visitors writing in English letters, French and most other languages.
What to prepare
- Your services and starting prices, in AED or SAR if you want prices shown.
- Opening hours, including Ramadan hours if they change.
- Delivery areas and how customers can reach you on WhatsApp.
- The ten questions customers ask most.
Good to know
- Replies are in the visitor's language today; the chat window's own buttons are currently in English.
- The AI voice agent understands English today. Arabic voice is on our roadmap.
- Customers outside India are billed in US dollars, from $39 a month, with a free plan to test first.
